By using this website, you are agreeing to the terms set out by Schofield & Smith (Huddersfield) Limited.
Payment – must be received before we can ship your order(s). Payment can be made through our Webshop on this website, or via bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, please contact the office by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery – We aim to despatch all orders within two working days of receipt of payment. All goods are shipped by UPS. Shipping is charged as extra. If you have an account with a preferred shipper, please contact the office to provide details. Please note: you are are liable for all import and custom duties.
Product Availability – In the unlikely event that an order is placed but cannot be processed due to low stock levels, we will contact you to discuss a possible alternative, or offer a full refund.
Returns – All of our pieces are checked in our warehouse before being despatched to our customers, and we hope that you are happy with your chosen cloth(s). In the unlikely event that we despatch a length of cloth to you in error, we ask that you contact the office before returning the cloth to us. All returns are to be agreed by Schofield & Smith (Huddersfield) Limited, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.
Disclaimer – Schofield & Smith (Huddersfield) Limited accept no responsibility for the fabric once it has been cut; please check your order well for any faults upon receipt. Cloth shade may differ from the image shown on our website – this applies in particular to our range of plain fabrics (Riviera, Monaco). We suggest ordering samples in the first instance to ensure that you are happy with your selection.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
